  • Delivery: DailyCart offers home delivery for orders meeting certain criteria, as specified on the website. Delivery dates and time slots can be selected by the Customer during the ordering process.
  • Delivery Inspection: Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the products for any damage or discrepancies. Any issues should be noted at the time of delivery.
  • Alcohol Delivery: DailyCart will not sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 18.

Article 6: Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are in Mauritian Rupees and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment: Payment for orders can be made online using the payment methods available on the website. Payment data is encrypted for security purposes.

Article 7: Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. This email serves as proof of the order. DailyCart’s computerized records will be considered as proof of communications and orders, unless technical evidence suggests otherwise.

Article 8: Returns and Refunds

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit coupon code for the value of the return products which will be sent to your email account available on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

Article 9: Privacy Policy

DailyCart collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on the website.

Article 10: Force Majeure

DailyCart is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Article 11: Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to Mauritian law. The Parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before resorting to legal action.
